| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 연골어류의 연골로부터 얻은 저분자 콘드로이틴 황산 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서 보다 상세하게는 연골어류인 상어 및 홍어의 연골로부터 경제적이고 효과적인 공정을 통해 얻을 수 있는 저분 자 콘드로이틴 황산(chondroitin sulfate, CS) 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 연골어류의 연골로부터 얻을 수 있으며, 저분자량, 보다 바람직하게는 평균분자량이 3,000∼ 12,000 Da인 콘드로이틴 황산의 제공을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명은 연골어류의 연골로부터 효소가수분해, 산가수분해, 여과 및 정제공정을 통해 저분자량의 콘드로 이틴 황산 제조방법 제공을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명은 연골어류의 연골을 재료로 하는 콘드로이틴 황산의 제조에 있어서,연골어류의 연골을 분쇄하는 단계,분쇄된 연골에 물과 효소를 첨가하여 연골을 효소가수분해하는 단계,연골 효소가수분해물에 약산을 첨가하여 산가수분해하는 단계,산가수분해물을 여과하고, 정제하는 단계를 포함한다. | - |
