| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 해상 유출유의 탐지할 수 있는 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 해상 유출유 탐지방법은 인 공위성으로부터 해상 유출유 발생 후보영역의 이미지 데이터 및 전파특성데이터를 포함하는 원격탐사정보 를 수신하는 단계와 외부로부터 상기 해상 유출유 발생 후보영역의 해상 정보 및 기상 정보를 수신하는 단계와 상기 전파특성데이터 및 상기 해상 정보와 기상 정보를 이용하여 상기 해상 유출유에 의한 전파특 성에 대한 수치해석 이론모델링 데이터를 생성하는 단계와 상기 원격탐사정보 및 상기 해상 정보와 상기 기상정보에 기초하여 상기 해상 유출유의 이동 범위를 추적하는 추적 데이터를 생성하는 단계와 상기 생 성된 수치해석 이론모델링 데이터 및 상기 추적 데이터에 기초하여 상기 해상 유출유 발생 후보 영역 중에 서 해상 유출유 발생 확정영역을 특정하는 단계를 포함한다. 이에 의해 신뢰성 높은 해상 유출유의 탐지 가 가능하다. | - |
