- 본 발명은 신규한 갈고리 흰오징어 유래 델타-4 불포화효소 유전자, 이 유전자를 포함하는 발현벡터, 이
발현벡터로 형질전환된 형질전환체 및 이 형질전환체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 갈고리 흰오징어 유래 델타-4 불포화효소 유전자를 분리하여 그 기능을 확인하고, 알파리놀레산
(ALA)을 함유하는 들깨 등 유지작물에 이용할 경우, EPA 또는 DHA과 같은 오메가-3의 고도불포화지방산을
생성하기 위한 대사공학기술에 적용될 수 있다.
