| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 연어 종 또는 계군의 판별 방법과 이에 따른 연어 종 또는 계군 판별용 폴리뉴클레오티드 프로 브, DNA 칩 및 키트에 관한 것으로, 특히 연어(salmon)의 혈액, 세포 또는 조직으로부터 DNA를 추출하는 단계 상기 추출한 DNA에 대해 중합효소연쇄반응(PCR)을 수행하여 PCR 산물을 얻는 단계 상기 PCR 산물 과 서열번호 5 내지 서열번호 34 중 어느 하나의 DNA 서열과 동일하거나 상보적인(complementary) 염기서 열을 포함하는 폴리뉴클레오티드 프로브를 결합시키는 단계 및 상기 결합 여부를 확인해서 연어가 속하 는 종이나 계군을 판별하는 단계 를 포함하여 이루어지는 연어 종 또는 계군의 판별 방법에 의하는 경우, 하나의 슬라이드 위에서 다수의 연어 종 또는 계군에 대한 유전자형 분석을 간단하고 신속, 정확하게 검사 할 수 있다. | - |
