| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 홍합의 종 식별용 프라이머 및 이를 이용한 식별방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 서열번 호 5와 서열번호 6의 프라이머를 포함하는 프라이머 조성물을 이용하여 홍합(참담치)과 지중해담치를 식별 할 수 있는 식별방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 홍합과 지중해담치를 간편하고 신속하며 정확하게 식별할 수 있는 홍합의 종 식별용 프라이머 조성물을 제공할 수 있다. 또한 본 발명은 한 번의 중합효소연쇄반응(PCR)을 통하여 홍합과 지중해담치를 식별할 수 있어 종 식별의 효율성과 실용성을 극대화할 수 있는 식별방법을 제공할 수 있다. | - |
