| dc.description.abstract | 선박용 상황 모니터링 장치 및 그 모니터링 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 모니터링 장치는 선박에 설치되 는 본체와, 상기 본체로부터 이탈하여 공중에 부상하는 부상장치와, 상기 부상장치와 본체를 연결하는 바 인딩 케이블(Binding Cable)을 구비한다. 본체로부터 분리되어 공중으로 전개된 상태의 부상장치는 바인 딩 케이블을 통해 본체로부터 일정한 거리 내에서 지지된다. 본 발명의 부상장치는 예컨대 선박이 전복 등 의 긴급 상황에 처하는 경우에 자동으로 부상하여 선박에서 발생하는 상황 등을 촬영하는 방법으로 모니터 링 동작을 수행할 수 있다. | - |
