Abstract
A benthic flux chamber for diver operation was designed. Design concept, structure, and merits and demerits of the chamber were described. The chamber is simple and not expensive but sufficient for the flux study at the sediment-water interface of a shallow coastal environment. Limitations and diffusion problems of the chamber were discussed.
