Description
- Four spring phytoplankton bloom stages were distinguished using daily environmental and geographical data (lon, lat) at a 4 km horizontal resolution for the central Yellow Sea (34–37°N, 121.5–125.5°E) during the spring season (February to June) from 2003 to 2023. The dataset includes six types of daily environmental data (MODIS-Terra AOD, MODIS-Aqua PAR, SST, CHL, HYCOM MLD, ERA5 WD, TP) and geographical data. Climatology CHL data for the same period aids in refining the identification of detailed bloom stages, with DOY included for date classification. This dataset supports the analysis conducted in this study.
