| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은, 독도의 근해에서 스쿠버 다이빙을 통해 채집한 미동정 해면동물 시료로부터 악티노마두라 겔리 볼루엔시스 188DD-028 (Actinomadura geliboluensis 188DD-028)라는 균주를 분리하였으며, 본 균주의 배양 추출물에서 신규 잔톤 화합물을 분리하여 동정하고 이 화합물들은 항암활성에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 신 규의 잔톤 화합물 이의 광학이성질체 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 신 규 잔톤 화합물, 이의 광학이성질체 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염은 인간 암 세포주에 대한 세포독 성을 나타내어 암 세포의 성장을 억제함으로써, 다양한 인간 암세포에 대해 우수한 항암효과를 가지는 것 을 확인하여 본 발명을 완성하였다. | - |
