갯벌 연구를 위한 생태/환경 데이터 수요 분석 : 설문조사를 바탕으로

Abstract

최근 세계문화유산에 우리나라 갯벌이 등재되는 등 갯벌에 대한 관심도와 중요도가 증가하고 있다. 이와 함께 갯벌 데이터의 체계적인 수집과 관리방안에 대한 모색이 필요하다. 하지만 현재 국가, 기관 등에서 수집되는 자료는 수집방법, 데이터 종류, 공유방식 등 다양한 부분에서 한계점이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우리나라 갯벌 환경 체계적인 데이터의 수집과 공간정보화를 위한 구축의 첫 번째 단계로 설문조사를 통한 갯벌데이터의 요구분석을 수행하였다. 전문가와 관련 연구자 대상 설문조사를 진행하여 관심 관측 해역과 선호 데이터, 갯벌과 갯벌 연구의 인식 등을 조사하였다. 이를 기반으로 현재 수집 및 요구되고 있는 갯벌 데이터와 향후 수집 및 제공되어야하는 갯벌 데이터를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 설문조사 결과는 갯벌 생태/환경 연구 진행시 데이터의 효율적인 수집, 관리 활용의 기초적인 가이드라인이 될 수 있을 것이다.

Recently, the interest and importance of tidal flats in Korea is increasing, such as being registered as a World Cultural Heritage list. In addition, systematic collection and management of tidal flat data needs to be explored. However, the data currently collected by countries and institutions are experiencing difficulties in various areas such as collection methods, data types, and sharing methods. Therefore, in this study, as the first step in the construction for systematic data collection and spatial informatization of Korea's tidal flat environment data, a survey was conducted to analyze the needs of tidal flat data. By conducting a survey for experts and related researchers, the observation area of interest, preference data, and awareness of tidal flats and tidal flat studies were investigated. Based on this, the tidal flat data that is currently collected and requested and the tidal flat data that should be collected and provided in the future were analyzed. The survey results of this study can serve as a basic guideline for efficient data collection, management and utilization when conducting tidal flat ecology/environmental research.
