| dc.description.abstract | 수중에 잠긴 선박, 교량 및 댐 구조물 등은 주기적인 표면 코팅 및 보수가 필요하다. 현재는 수중 구조물 의 표면 코팅 시, 작업자가 수중에서 손, 브러시, 롤러. 헤라 등을 이용하여 코팅제를 도포한다. 이러한 방식은 수중에서 일정량의 도료를 용기에서 꺼내어 피도면에 바르기 때문에 이 과정에서 발생하는 손실률 이 매우 크며, 작업자의 안전성에도 위험이 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위한 장비가 필요하 며, 공기압을 이용한 테플론 브러시 수중코팅장치는 도료탱크에서 코팅재료가 분사되어 구조물의 표면에 바로 적용되기 때문에 도료 손실률이 매우 낮으며, 테플론 재질의 부속으로 이루어져 사용 이후의 세척이 매우 용이하다. | - |
