dc.description.abstract | Port and harbor facilities have experienced serious disasters from earthquakes over the world (Green et al., 2011). In Korea, seismic design for port facilities has been carried out since merely a dozen years ago, but countermeasures based on earthquake monitoring systems in ports have been rarely established.
