dc.description.abstract Port and harbor facilities have experienced serious disasters from earthquakes over the world (Green et al., 2011). In Korea, seismic design for port facilities has been carried out since merely a dozen years ago, but countermeasures based on earthquake monitoring systems in ports have been rarely established.
