dc.description.abstract This study investigates the performance of group suction achors installed in silty sand subjected to horizontal pullout loading. The group anchors in this study consist of two or three unit suction anchors rigidly connected to each other in line, improving the pullout resistance. Thus, an extensice investigation was carried out on the performance of group anchors through centrifuge model tests and numerical simulation. The pullout resistances of group anchors were compared to those of a single anchor. The improvement of a group anchors is discussed.n line, improving the pullout resistance. Thus, an extensice investigation was carried out on the performance of group anchors through centrifuge model tests and numerical simulation. The pullout resistances of group anchors were compared to those of a single anchor. The improvement of a group anchors is discussed. -
