dc.description.abstract | This study aims to investigate the usage of multiple suction anchors as a group. The group suction anchor is designed by rigidly connecting single suction anchors in parallel. In order to evaluate the pullout capacity of group anchors, centrifuge tests were performed and the measured resistance of the group suction anchor is compared to that of a single anchor. In addition, the development of total pressure on the load-ward side of the anchors was investigated using total pressure transducers.
