| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 홍어과(Family Rajidae) 또는 가오리류에 속하는 어류의 분류체계 결정 방법과 이와 관련된 폴 리뉴클레오티드 프로브, DNA 칩 및 키트에 관한 것으로, 특히 홍어과 또는 가오리류에 속하는 어류의 혈 액, 세포 또는 조직으로부터 DNA를 추출하는 단계 상기 추출한 DNA에 대해 중합효소연쇄반응(PCR)을 수행 하여 PCR 산물을 얻는 단계 상기 PCR 산물과 서열번호 3 내지 서열번호 16 중 어느 하나의 DNA 서열과 동 일하거나 상보적인(complementary) 염기서열을 포함하는 폴리뉴클레오티드 프로브를 결합시키는 단계 및 상기 결합 여부를 확인해서 상기 어류가 속하는 분류체계를 결정하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 홍어과 또는 가오리류에 속하는 어류의 분류체계 결정 방법에 의하는 경우, 다수의 홍어과 또는 가오리류에 속하 는 어류에 대한 유전자형 분석을 간단하고 신속, 정확하게 검사하여, 상기 어류가 속하는 종(species) 또 는 과(family)를 결정할 수 있다. | - |
