| dc.description.abstract | (요약문이 일본어로 되어 있어 국문으로 번역함) 종속영양와편모조류 야광충 (Noctiluca scintillans)는 전세계 해약에 온대에서 열대까지 분포하고 있으며 고밀도로 적조를 일으키기도 한다. 일본 연안의 야광충의 분초는 오키나와에서 북해도까지 넓게 분포하고 있으며 고밀도 정도를 형성하기도 한지만 이들의 발생 메카니즘 알려지지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 일본 연안에 분포하는 야광충의 기원을 추적하기 위해 미토콘드리아 유전자 CO1을 분석하여 유립 기원을 파악하고자 하였다. 일본과 한궁의 연안 6개소에서 야광충 시료를 획득하여 유전자 분석결과 한국의 야광충은 일본의 야광충과 기원이 다름을 알 수있었으며 차후 동남아시아 및 중국연안의 시료를 확보하여 야광충의 분초 및 그 기원을 추적하고자 한다. | - |
