Dokdo Research Center독도전문연구센터

The National Dokdo Research Center was established in 2006 with the mission of “protecting Dokdo by science” and is carrying out the National Dokdo Research Project for future sustainable use and management of Dokdo. In addition, we are contributing to the public service and consolidation of Dokdo sovereignty through the utilization and spread of research results.

국가지정 독도전문연구센터는 2006년 ‘과학으로 지키는 독도’를 임무로 설치되었으며, 독도의 미래 지속가능한 이용과 관리를 위한 국가 독도연구과제를 수행하고 있다. 이와 함께 연구 성과의 활용 및 확산을 통하여 대국민 서비스와 독도주권의 공고화에 이바지하고 있다.
