dc.description.abstract This research proposed more appropriate the planning system of creating habitat of marine resources by using 3-dimensional Euler-Lagrangian numerical model taking the results of field experiments into application. Furthermore we planned and located the new type of artificial reef(named Sea-Mark Reef) which has the multi functions to the sea.The functions of new artificial reef are control of current velocity, increase the prey abundance, promotion of fish aggregation and improvements of the marine habitats.Now we are researching physical and biological effects of planned artificial reef by continous diving survey. It's been become the good biological environments including prey abundance for marine resources. -
