| dc.description.abstract | 해양심층수의 이용개발에 있어, 1972년 미국 콜롬비아대학의 로엘교수가 카리브해의 수심870미터에서 해양심층수를 끌어올려 플랑크톤의 배양과 굴사육실험을 실시한 이후, 1985년부터는 일본에서 과학기술청의 해양심층수자원의 유효이용에 관한 연구가 시작이래 현재까지 고치현, 도야마현, 오키나와현, 시즈오카현, 미우라반도, 홋카이도까지 전국적으로 확대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 해양심층수의 개발시에 고려해야 할 환경관리 측면과 법규검토 등의 사항에 관해 고찰하였다. | - |
