| dc.description.abstract | 1992년 브라질의 리오에서 유엔환경개발의 지구샤미트 정상회의가 개최되어 해양환경, 연안환경의 보전과 복원의 지속가능한 개발과 총합적관리의 필요성을 강조하였다. 한국에서는 지금까지 경제발전을 위한 장기적이고 대규모 개발계획이 추진되고 있는 가운데 국제사회의 움직임과 연안의 자원가치에 대한 인식이 고조되어 개발과 보전의 사이에서 갈등하고 있다. 본 눈문에서는 한국의 연안역관리에 있어서의 관련제도 및 사업의 현상과 정책방향에 대해서 언급 소개한다. | - |
