dc.description.abstract Three new cytotoxic sesterterpenes were isolated from a marine sponge, and their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic data. Compounds 1-3 exhibited cytotoxicity against human leukemia cell line (K-562) with IC50 values of 0.02, 16, and 3.5 g/ml, respectively. -
