dc.description.abstract Using trajectory data from the subsurface floats deployed into the Japan/East Sea for the past few years, we were able to obtain a detailed intermediate level circulation pattern over the south-western part of JES for the first time. The flow in the region is largely controlled by the bottom topography. -
