dc.description.abstract CFC11 and CFC12 are inert gases introduced to the atmosphere and oceans by the human being during the 20th century. Since we know the history of the gas concentrations and the gases do not interact with water, they are good indicators of thermohaline circulation of the oceans. In this paper, we have investigated the distributions of CFC11 and CFC12 in the North Pacific from a global general ocean circulation model. -
