dc.description.abstract Multi-channel seismic profiles from the trough areas of the soouthern south Korea Plateau, East Sea revealed a positive-polarity bottom simulating reflectors at about 500 ms TWTT below the seafloor. Positive polarity and no noticeabl drop of frequency below the GSR strongly suggest that the BSR is due to an opal-A/opal-CT phase boundart. -
