dc.description.abstract A series of oxazole-containing macrolides and related metabolites were isolated from the sponge Chondrosia corticata collected form Guam. The structures of three new compounds were defined by combined spectroscopic analyses. These compounds exhibited significant cytotoxicity toward the human leukemia cell ine K562 as well as antifungal activity toward Candida albicans. -
