| dc.description.abstract | 현재 황해와 동중국해의 해양환경 변화는 중국과 한국이 함께 고민하면서 육상에서 건설되고 있는 이런 인위적인 대형 공사를 좀 더 신중하게 결정했어야했다. 그러나 이미 건설이 끝난 댐들에 대한 문제들을 지켜보면서 가능하면 이런 문제점들을 최소화할 수 있는 방안으로 마련하도록 양국간에는 노력이 필요하며, 국제기구에서도 황해와 동중국해, 그리고 동해의 해양환경변화가 전지구 기후변화에도 커다란 영향을 미치는 것을 인식하고 함께 이 문제를 풀어나가도록 노력해야 한다. | - |
