dc.description.abstract Tele Tsunami - december 26, 2004: Causes and Consequences. Documentation of the Tsunami event was done based on a standard interview form of IOC.Overall, the surveyed results indicate that inundation of tsunami waves were high in the southern region than northern part of Tamil nadu state, India, due to the onshore topography. Coastal ridges has played a major role in the northern region than in the southern region. -
