| dc.description.abstract | 해양을 모니터링하고 예측하는 것은 21세기 초기의 주요한 도전으로 손꼽히고 있다. 이는 해양을 모니터링하고 예측하는 것이 대양과 연안지역에서의 경제 활동의 확장과 더불어 계절변동 예측 및 기상예보 시스템을 위하여 필수적이기 때문이다. 현재로서는 해양예보가 일반 대중들로부터 기상예보와 같은 수준의 관심을 끌 수 있으리라고 기대하기 힘들다. 하지만 앞으로는 해양환경에 의존하는 만큼의 비율에 해당하는 관심은 끌 수 있을 것이라 기대한다. | - |
