dc.description.abstract Conditions for successive operation of bioslurry reactor for bioremediation of dredged sediment contaminated by PAHs was established. Electron transport system activity during treatment was rapidly increased between 1 and 2 days and maintained when 1/5 or 1/10 of treated slurry was reused after 2 or 3 days of batch incubation. Degradation activity was also high after part of 2 or 3 days incubated slurry was reused. Therefore, 2 days of batch incubation and reuse of 1/10 volume treated slurry were determined for successive operation of slurry reactor. Concentration of mixed form cyclodextrin could be reduced to 1/2 after 2nd treatment. -
