dc.description.abstract | Marine microorganisms have proven to be a rich source of compounds that might be useful for the development new pharmaceutical agents. In the search for novel compounds from marine bacteria, we isolated an actinomycete from the sediment collected from Won-san bay, north Korea. And from the fermentation broth of this strain, we have isolated several nucleosides. Thease compunds exhibited potent cytotoxic activity against human cancer cell lines. | - |
