dc.description.abstract The 3-alkylpyridine alkaloids are a well-known family of marine natural products. We examined the constituents of Korean sponge Haliclona sp. whose crude organic extract displayed antifungal activity. Bioassay-guided separation of the crude extract using a variety of chromatographic techniques afforded several cyclohaliclonamines. The structures have been elucidated by combined spectroscopic method including 2D NMR and MS. -
