dc.description.abstract | Marine invertebrate have provided a large number of hydroquinone derivatives which have been found through many articles. In accordance with these researches, we have searched for bioactive metabolites from tropical marine sponges. As a result, new derivatives of polyprenyl hydroquinone were isolatedfrom the tropical marine sponge Dactylospongia sp., from Chuuk, Federated State of Micronesia. The structures were proposed by means of spectroscopic methods including 2D NMR and MS. | - |
