| dc.description.abstract | 대한해협과 남해 장목만에서 영양염 비가 식물플랑크톤의 군집과 종의 천이에 영향을 주는 요인인지를 확인하고자 2009년 4월부터 10월까지 8:1, 16:1, 32:1로 N/P 비를 달리한 소형 폐쇄생태계(microcosm)에서 4회에 걸쳐 실험을 실시하였다.대한해협에서는 규조류 Chaetoceros spp,. Cylindrotheca closterium, Thalassiosira spp.와 소형 flagellates가 주요 우점종이었고, 장목만에서는 규조류 Centric diatom, Cerataulina sp., Chaetoceros spp., Skeletonema sp.와 와편모조류 Gymnodinium sp.가 우점종이었다. 대한해협과 장목만 모두 N/P 비가 낮은 환경에서는 규조류가 우점한 반면에 N/P 비가 클수록 상대적으로 와편모조류가 우점하는 현상이 관찰되었다. 본 실험을 통해 N/P 비가 식물플랑크톤의 군집구조와 종의 천이에 영향을 주는 요인임을 확인하였다. | - |
