동해에서 ISUS 질산염분석기를 이용한 질산염의 수평,수직 분포 측정

Abstract

To understand the biological process on the pCO2 in the surface ocean and its flux between atmosphere and surface-ocean, we measured pCO2, temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, fluorescence and nitrate concentration using underway pCO2 system, thermosalinography, and ISUS nitrate analyzer that can measure nitrate concentration in situ without chemical reagent continuously. We also combined the ISUS nitrate analyzer with SBE19 plus to measure vertical nitrate distribution continuously to better understand the relationship between nutrient and chlorophyll-a distribution in the surface water column. High solution vertical profile showed the increase of nitrate concentration occurred at the thermocline and agree well with the nitrate concentration from discrete sample.
