| dc.description.abstract | 해조류를 이용한 바이오 에너지 개발을 위해서는 우리나라 연안 지역에서 서식하는 해조류의 자연 생산량 파악이 선행되어야 한다. 해조류의 전체 바이오매스를 알기 위해서는 전국 연안의 해조량 바오매스를 측정해야하나 이는 현실적으로 매우 어려울 뿐 아니라 막대한 비용이 소요된다. 또한 위성영상으로도 해수면 아래에 서식하는 해조류 바이오매스를 산정하기 어렵다. 따라서 현실적으로 제한된 현장 샘플링 자료로 전체 연안역의 해조류의 바이오매스를 추정해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 연안역 해양환경 및 기상자료를 이용하여 상대적 환경유사도 계수를 산출하고, GIS를 이용하여 해안 면적을 계산한 후 일부 지역에서 측정한 해조류 바이오매스를 근거로 전 연안의 구멍갈파래(ulva pertusa) 해조류 생산량을 추정하고자 한다. | - |
