| dc.description.abstract | Alexandrium catanella는 동남아시아 해역의 주요 적조종으로 우리나라 근해에도 분포하며 수산업에 피해를 초래한다. 따라서 A.catanella의 탐지를 위해 수중 초음파를 이용하여 체적산란강도를 측정하였다. 실험은 동남아시아 적조종을 실내에서 배양하여, 초음파 (3.5, 5.0, 7.5 MHz)를 이용, 간이 수조에서 측정하였다. 적조종의 개체수는 0, 300, 700, 1000 cells/ml로 농도를 변화시키면 측정 하였고 측정 결과 세가지 주파수 (3.5, 5.0, 7.5 MHz) 대역에서 개체수에 증가에 따른 차이를 나타내었다. 이는 초음파를 이용한 적조탐지의 기본 자료로 활용 될 수 있다. | - |
