한국 국내 주요항에서의 Acartia개체군의 분포특성과 환경변이

Abstract

Occurring pattern of Acartia population was investigated on the seasonal basis at the seaports such as Incheon, Gwangyang and Ulsan during 2007-2009. Mesozooplankton samples were taken by using same gear (60 cm in diameter and 200㎛ mesh standard type net at the same stations of four major ports. Mesozooplankton samplings were conducted using the R.V.󰡒Jangmok󰡓at Ulsan seaport, and were collected using the ships of opportunity at Incheon and Gwangyang seaports. The collected zooplankton were identified and enumerated under a stereomicroscope (ZEISS Model Stemi-2000C) in a laboratory. Acartia hongi occurred at all seasons with high fluctuations of temperature and salinity at Incheon port, while A. hudsonica showed up in spring and fall. A. omorii and A. pacifica occurred only in summer. A. omorii showed a wide range of distributional distribution in terms of temperature and salinity leading to consistent occurrence at all ports during the study period. Distribution of A. hudsonica was confined to Incheon port, even though its habitat area is not limited to the coastal waters of the Yellow Sea. A. hudsonica occurs at three seas, but was not widely distributed compared to A. omorii.
