- Abstract
- Offshore wind plant with combined Technologies will help the offshore wind to be more efficient energy source. And offshore is public space various kinds of groups are sharing, so make nothing of ocean caused by construction of wind farm can arise the collision of interests between the stakeholders. This new idea can mitigate those issues with various solutions as well.
