dc.description.abstract | To archive the performance requirements for space optical system such as ocean monitoring sensor or high-resolution camera, the optical systems is more complex and using more precise optics. These high-performance systems are required below diffraction-limited performance, depending on the fabrication of optics, stability of structures and extremely fine alignment of optical components. Expecially, the alignment of optical component is most sensitive and challenging process. For efficient alignment for this performance, the computer-aided alignment methodology has been developed. The key function of these method, how to find accurately current positions of optical system. This paper introduce the computer-aided alignment methods, its application and some calculation results. | - |
