Abstract
- In the course of our search for bioactive substances from the Korean marine sponges collected from Dokdo, three known petrosiacetylens and a new petrosiacetylene analog have been isolated. Their chemical structures have been elucidated on the bases of their chemical and physicochemical properties. They exhibited cytotoxicity against six human cancer cell lines.on the bases of their chemical and physicochemical properties. They exhibited cytotoxicity against six human cancer cell lines.
