Abstract
- In the present article, we introduce our system consisting of real-time and delayed modes to produce high-resolution SST fields using all available infrared sensors such as AVHRR (Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer)/NOAA, MODIS(Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectro-radiometer), MTSAT (Multi-functional Transport Satellite) and MI (Meteorological Imager)/COMS, and passive microwave data. The SST data generated by the system are individual images with reliability levels, about 8-hour merged products and daily composite image with a 1-km resolution.te Resolution Imaging Spectro-radiometer), MTSAT (Multi-functional Transport Satellite) and MI (Meteorological Imager)/COMS, and passive microwave data. The SST data generated by the system are individual images with reliability levels, about 8-hour merged products and daily composite image with a 1-km resolution.
