dc.description.abstract The aim of this study is to enhance the FAMEs compositions of Tetraselmis sp. YH using by modified media using natural resources. The following culture experimental design was used to evaluate the effects of natural resources: each experimental group was made from modified Guillards f/2 medium with mud extract (ME) by autoclave and organic fertilizer (OF). Furthermore, A- to D-group (except control) was divided by concentrations of natural resources in the laboratory photobioreactor culture system (10-days culture). Then analyzed cell counting and FAMEs compositions using FACs and GC/MS methods, respectively. In an experiment using OF, biomass production (0.91±0.03 g/L) of C-group experiment (a ratio of f/2:OF=31:1) was higher than that of control-group (0.56±0.02 g/L). Especially, the total FAMEs compositions of C-group were recorded to 79.59 mg/g. In an experiment using ME, biomass production (0.89±0.05 g/L) of B-group (a ratio of f/2:ME=15:1) was higher than that of control-group (0.56±0.02 g/L) while FAMEs compositions were 83.17 mg/g, 76.07 mg/g, respectively. In an experiment using the cocktail of OF and ME, biomass production (1.04±0.03 g/L) of A-group (a ratio of f/2:OF:ME=8:1:7) was highest than that of control-group (0.56±0.02 g/L). Particularly, FAMEs contents were highest of 84.44 mg/g than all of experimental groups. We suggested that Tetraselmis sp. YH had a higher potential for producing highesntal group was made from modified Guillards f/2 medium with mud extract (ME) by autoclave and organic fertilizer (OF).
