| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 해상최종처리장의 구조물과 운영 및 기타사항에서 발생할 수 있는 개념설계 상의 위험요소(hazards)를 식별하고, 식별된 위험요소의 발생원인과 영향을 분석한다. 해상최종처리장은 구조물의 설계·시공·유지보수적인 측면과 운영적 측면 그리고부지활용으로 분류할 수 있다. 연구범위는 부지활용을 제외한 설계·시공·유지보수와 운영에 대한 기초 위험도 항목분석(Preliminary Hazard List analysis, PHL)과 기초 위험도 분석(Preliminary Hazard Analysis, PHA)을 수행하였다. 최종적으로 식별된 위험요소는 리스크 매트릭스를 통해 저감방안 적용 전과 후로 비교되며 이를 통해 현재 설계 및 운영방안이 적합한지 평가한다. | - |
