dc.description.abstract To calculate occurrence probability, we used presence/absence data from field surveys ofseven study sites in fifteen periods and a statistical analysis to estimate the occurrenceprobability of dominant ten species of macrobenthos Hetromastus filiformis, lyoplax pingi,Macrophthalmus dilatatus, Macrophthalmus japonicas, Mactra veneriformis, Perinereisaibuhitensis, Perrisserula leucophryna, Ruditapes philippinarum, Scopimera globosa, andUpogebia major. Applied environmental factors were sand composition of sediment andexposure ranges subdivided into five characteristics of habitat, respectively. Estimates ofoccurrence probabilities differed substantially between species and by environmental factors.Overall average accuracy of high occurrence probability of ten species (range = 0.6-1.0) was80.1 ± 7.6%. Macrobenthos habitat potential map were produced based on occurrenceprobability and remote sensing technique for three crustacean species such as Scopimeraglobose, Upogebia major, Macrophthalmus dilatatus. Overall average accuracy of habitat mapwas 71.9 ± 6.3%. The results of this study demonstrated that the statistical analysis wassuccessfully estimated occurrence with two significant environmental factors and macobenthoshabitat potential map had a relatively high accuracy with previous researches.mastus filiformis, lyoplax pingi,Macrophthalmus dilatatus, Macrophthalmus japonicas, Mactra veneriformis, Perinereisaibuhitensis, Perrisserula leucophryna, Ruditapes philippinarum, Scopimera globosa, andUpogebia major.
