dc.description.abstract | The earth observation optical system have been designed with freeform mirrors. The mirrors are required high performance optical surface processing about 1/60 waves. In generally, Two aspherical mirror system, such as Ritchey-Chré tien, and Three Mirror Anastigmat (TMA) telescopes are used for the earth observation system. In this study, the designs of two type’s optical systems and the performance will be discussed. These optical system is consist of aspheric mirrors and have 600 mm primary aspheric mirror. And these telescope will be used for ocean color remote sensing at low-earth orbit (LEO).n, and Three Mirror Anastigmat (TMA) telescopes are used for the earth observation system.
