dc.description.abstract The reliability analysis are carried out for two different fixed-type offshore wind foundations, i.e. suction bucket and concrete gravity-based foundations considering the uncertainties in soil and structural parameters. For the reliability analysis on concrete gravity-based foundation, vertical resistance, basement sliding, vertical and horizontal displacements, rocking and torsional rotations are utilized as limit states, while the vertical and horizontal resistances are utilized as limit state for the suction bucket foundation. The example studies are carried out using the preliminarily designed foundations for the waters in Jeju Island and western south waters in Korean peninsula. -
