| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 미세조류로부터 바이오디젤의 기본성분인 지방산메틸에스테르를 추출하고, 이를 이용하여 바이 오디젤을 생산하는 방법에 대한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 트리글리세라이드를 포함하는 식물성기름을 미 세조류로부터 추출하는 공정과, 추출된 식물성오일에 촉매제가 첨가된 알코올을 첨가하여 적정온도를 서서 히 가열하면서 트랜스에스테르화 반응을 시키는 공정과, 상기 반응이 끝나고 상온에서 냉각시켜 크루드바 이오디젤(crude biodiesel)과 부산물인 글리세롤(glycerol)을 분리하는 공정과, 상기 상층의 크루드바이오 디젤만을 분리하고 세척하는 공정과, 세척된 바이오디젤의 함량과 수율을 분석하기 위해 가스크로마토그래 피로 측정을 하는 공정에 대한 것으로, 본 발명은 미세조류 유래의 바이오디젤 생산에 대한 제조공정을 제 공할 수 있고, 다른 식물소재 유래의 바이오디젤보다 경제성 높은 바이오디젤을 생산할 수 있는 매우 유용 한 발명에 관한 것이다. | - |
