| dc.description.abstract | 천연 해수 및 전처리 해수를 이용한 두날리엘라(Dunaliella sp.) 배양액 제조 방법에 대하여 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 두날리엘라 배양액 제조 방법은 천연 해수에 석탄 및 NaOH를 첨가하여, 우유빛 탁도 생성 물질이 제거된 전처리 해수를 제조하는 단계; 천연 해수를 산화처리하는 단계; 및 상기 전처리 해수에 상 기 산화처리된 천연해수를 혼합하여 pH 7.4~7.6, 염분 농도 55~65psu로 조절하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. | - |
