| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 가시광대 위성자료를 이용한 기름 유출 탐지 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 광학 인공위 성으로 촬영한 가시광대 데이터를 이용하여, 선박 등의 파손으로 기름이 유출되어 기름막 또는 기름띠가 해수 표면에 형성되는 지역의 기름 유출 범위를 도출하는 기름 유출 탐지 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 일반 해수와 기름이 유출된 해수를 구분하여 해양의 기름 유출 범위를 도출하고, 기름 유출 범위의 기름이 두꺼운 층을 형성하고 있는지, 또는 엷은 띠 형태로 해수의 표면에 위치하는지의 여부 를 판단하는 기름 유출 탐지 방법을 제공한다. | - |
