| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 퇴적물로부터 용출되는 물질의 배양 장치에 관한 것으로서, 채수 당시의 상태와 근사하게 유지 되는 해수를 제1연동펌프를 통해 일정 속도로 배양용기에 유입시키고, 유입된 해수가 상기 배양용기에 가 득 채워지면 유입되는 속도와 동일 속도로 상기 배양용기에 채워진 해수를 유출시키는 한편, 제2연동펌프 를 통해 상기 배양용기 내의 해수를 순환시킴으로써 상기 배양용기 내의 퇴적물로부터 해수로 용출되는 물 질의 배양이 해양 상태와 근사하게 유지되는 조건하에서 이루어지도록 할 수 있고, 그 결과 이후에 수행되 는 분석의 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있는 퇴적물로부터 용출되는 물질의 배양 장치를 제공한다. | - |
